Mindspace Strengthens Its Position in Poland. Third Warsaw Location Confirmed

When a global flexible office operator signs a 10-year lease for 4,500 sqm, it is no longer a market test. Mindspace will open its third location in Warsaw – at Skyliner II, next to Rondo Daszyńskiego. The launch is planned for 2027. This is a particularly interesting moment for the office market. With limited new supply of traditional projects and the growing importance of hybrid work models, flexible space is no longer a short-term solution. It is becoming part of long-term strategy – also for large international companies. Warsaw is reaffirming its strength as a regional office hub. Flex is no longer an alternative. Ringier Axel Springer Poland Extends Lease at Signum Work Station

TriGranit, the owner of Signum Work Station, announces the lease extension with Ringier Axel Springer Poland, who will remain in the building for the next four years, leasing nearly 12,000 m² of modern office space. Flexibility of space, sustainable energy, and a prime location in the heart of Warsaw's Mokotów make Signum Work Station one of the most important office buildings in Warsaw. In the lease extension process, CBRE represented the interests of Ringier Axel Springer Poland, while JLL advised TriGranit.

GTC Strengthens Office Portfolio in Krakow – New and Renewed Leases at Edison
