A school on the rise – Metron welcomes new tenants

The Multilingual Education High School in Warsaw has secured a new, prestigious headquarters in the Metron office building at 69 Aleja Niepodległości. With the support of Walter Herz experts, the school leased nearly 850 sqm of modern space, creating an environment perfectly tailored to the needs of students and teachers, in a prime location right next to the metro.

Warsaw office market hits record new supply, but construction pipeline falls to a historic low
