Poland a Strategic Market for Mindspace
Mindspace, the global premium flexible office operator, has announced further expansion in Poland. The dynamic growth of the flex market, an increasing number of inquiries for space in its Warsaw locations, and the strong operational performance of its existing sites confirm that Poland has become one of the company’s key development directions.
Warsaw, in particular, continues to gain importance as a market attracting international companies searching for new regional headquarters in the CEE region. With limited new supply of traditional office projects, flexible office space is becoming a natural response to the needs of companies operating in hybrid work models.
4,500 sqm in Skyliner II – Launch in 2027
In early February 2026, Mindspace signed a 10-year lease agreement for 4,500 sqm of office space in Skyliner II, located at Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw. The operator will occupy four floors of the building, with the opening of the new location scheduled for mid-2027.
This marks Mindspace’s third location in the Polish capital and another step in strengthening its presence in Warsaw’s most dynamic office district.
As Michał Kwinta, General Manager of Mindspace Poland and Head of Global Strategic Projects, emphasizes, the flexible office sector has strong growth prospects ahead. Poland remains one of the most important markets in the company’s strategy. A stable business environment, very strong results from the two existing Warsaw locations, and positive market forecasts have enabled the implementation of plans for this new address.
Organizational Changes and Strengthened Local Structures
In response to the growing importance of the Polish market, Mindspace has also introduced changes within its organizational structures.
Michał Kwinta, who has managed the company’s operations in Poland since 2017, has taken on additional responsibility for global strategic projects and international development. He continues to oversee commercialization activities in Poland and cooperation with brokers, real estate agents, and tenants.
Joanna Wawrzyk, previously Regional Sales Manager, has been promoted to Regional Lead. She now supervises the Polish sales team and coordinates local event and community activities, which are key to the daily functioning of flexible office locations.
Dominika Szarow has been promoted to Senior Sales Manager and is now responsible for leasing activities across both Polish locations.
