Korona Business Center – A Hub for Business in Krakow

Korona Business Center, located strategically on Armii Krajowej Avenue near the AGH campus, is one of the key locations on the Krakow office market. The complex houses companies from various industries, including IT, gaming, and engineering. Edison, a modern Class A building, offers over 10,000 m² of office and service space, providing excellent access to public transport and close proximity to the city center.

New and Renewed Tenants at Edison

Agora Radio Group, Krakow’s branch, has become the new tenant in Edison, leasing around 540 m². This space will be used, among other things, for the nationwide Radio Zet recording studio. Meanwhile, Alterga, a company specializing in the design and construction of energy networks, has chosen to remain in Edison, renewing its lease for more than 1,100 m².

Agnieszka Kuehn, Senior Leasing Manager at GTC, emphasizes:
"Korona Business Center is in high demand among companies that appreciate the flexibility of our spaces, high building management standards, and our experience in adapting offices to specific requirements, including advanced acoustic solutions."

High Standards and Environmental Commitment

Like the other buildings in Korona Business Center, Edison holds a BREEAM In-Use certificate at the "Excellent" level, confirming its high environmental standards. Additionally, Edison has received the “Barrier-Free Building” certification, awarded to buildings that meet accessibility standards established by the Integration Foundation.

Maria Nowak, Leasing Manager at GTC, adds:
"Korona Business Center has always attracted innovative companies looking for offices that match the modern way of working. The strong base of tenants, which regularly grows with new companies, including many industry leaders, creates a dynamic community and ensures that our Krakow buildings remain a reference point on the local office market."
