Cracow, Warsaw and Wrocław with the largest growth in the business services sector and the office segment

Business services sector in Poland currently employs 307 thousand people. According to the data included in the ABSL report - Business Services Sector in Poland 2019, between 1Q 2018 and 1Q 2019 employment in the industry increased with 28 thousand jobs. The increase amounted to 10 per cent. Over half of the created positions were generated by centers located in Cracow, Warsaw and Wrocław (55 per cent). The authors of the analysis predict that in the first quarter of 2020, about 336 thousand employees will work in the sector.

Wroclaw Office Market Will Expand by Another 100,000 sqm by the End of this Year

According to „Occupier economics: Office market in Wroclaw Q1 2019”, a report published by real estate advisory firm Cresa, Wrocław’s office stock has increased by more than 13% over the year to the current 1.07 million sqm. Although the first three months saw only one completion: City Forum: City One (11,200 sqm, Archicom), by the end of the year additional nine office buildings will be built.

The official opening of WORKO

Vantage Development is launching a new project: offices serviced with the WORKO coworking space. The ceremonial opening took place on June 6, and the event was attended by representatives of the start-ups, journalists, contractors and employees of Vantage Development.
