The event started with lectures of inspirational speakers invited by the company on this occasion. Bartosz Michałek shared with the participants knowledge about the stages of building start-ups and gave many practical tips on how to do it successfully. Przemysław Federowicz spoke about the sources and methods for obtaining financing for his business ideas. Speakers from StartUp Woman Magda Stawska and Anna Smaga-Trzaskalska talked about how to use women's potential and energy to build their own careers.

After the official part, many attractions waited for the participants. The refreshments were prepared by local restaurants from Nadodrze: Wilki Syta and Sugar Szop. Visiting the offices was made more enjoyable by the performance of the Wrocław artist Piotr Gospodarczyk and Gosia Kowalczyk. The final of the event was a fashion show by designer Aga Cegłowska, who runs her studio on Nadodrze. WORKO is open and available for freelancers, start-ups, self-employed and small business owners.

Regardless of whether they decide to rent an office, office or space in the co-working zone, the new space offers them a range of amenities. 24/7 access, Wifi and IT support, fully equipped kitchen, conference rooms with equipment necessary for conducting presentations and videoconferences, as well as lockers for private items. Tenants can use almost 1,000 sq m. space, located on the 5th and 6th floor of the Promenada ZITA office building, belonging to the Promenady Business Park complex. In front of the building there is also a station of Wrocław City Bike.

The design and implementation of WORKO is the responsibility of Tetris, which specializes in arranging office and coworking interiors. The Odra River and the Wrocław bridges were the inspiration for creating the space.
