Avestus Real Estate secures Lufthansa Technik Aktiengesellschaft as a new tenant at Infinity in Wrocław

Avestus Real Estate, the developer and property manager of the Infinity office building in Wrocław, has signed a lease agreement with Lufthansa Technik Aktiengesellschaft (Polish Branch). The global leader in aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services will occupy more than 860 sqm of modern office space in the centrally located building on Legnicka Street. The company will move into its new headquarters in April 2026, under a seven-year lease.

Return to offices. Regional markets record strong demand

Companies in Poland are once again expanding their office footprints, with demand for modern workspace growing at an impressive pace. “Regional cities are outpacing Warsaw in terms of tenant activity and the number of projects under development,” says Mateusz Strzelecki, Partner / Head of Tenant Representation at Walter Herz. According to the firm’s analysis, nearly 400,000 sqm of office space was leased in regional markets in H1 2025 – a year-on-year increase of more than 50%.
