Law firm CMS is to relocate its Polish branch to Varso Tower in Warsaw, where its offices (at the time of signing) are presently the highest in the country.

IWG signs the first franchise agreement in Poland

Develia to sell Sky Tower in Wrocław

Develia Group has signed a preliminary agreement with an investment fund managed by Adventum Group to sell all its shares in Wrocław Sky Tower. The sale price set at €84.4 million, will be reduced by the value of unpaid incentives for tenants. Finalization of the transaction is expected at the end of 2021.

Zaułek Piękna still attracting tenants

Mazars has renewed its lease of 2,055 sqm in the Zaułek Piękna in central Warsaw, while 6B47 and Trend Energy Solutions have become new tenants of the office building.

Adventum picks up Marynarska Point 1

Adventum Group has bought the Marynarska Point 1 office building in Warsaw from Savills Investment Management for an undisclosed sum. The purchaser has also revealed that it is poised to acquire another Warsaw building.
