The space also includes a reception area, open areas, conference rooms and social facilities. The space is available for short-term lease of 6-24 months. The first centres to offer the Ready Flex service are Business Garden Wroclaw and Business Garden Warsaw and soon the service is to be extended to Business Garden Poznan and K2 in Gdynia.

We have prepared 1,400 sqm of space for our Ready Flex service in the Business Garden office complex in Wroclaw. All of the space was leased prior to being delivered to the market. Those companies that decided to take up our offer make the point that the key element for them was how it combined the advantages of furnished space that was immediately available with the privacy of an independent unit. We are currently preparing further modules in the complex for our Ready Flex service and they should be available by mid-2022.
