Over 500 sqm of Advanced Eye Care in Praga-Południe

 

EYEmova will occupy one of the largest available retail and service spaces within SOHO by Yareal. The unit, located on the ground floor of the KARDAN building, features above-standard ceiling height, offering broad interior design flexibility, as well as excellent exposure to the project’s green linear park – a key element connecting the entire development.

The clinic signed a 10-year lease agreement. EYEmova was advised during the negotiation process by Tandem Home IQ, represented by Aneta Pałgan and Izabela Zuzin-Wiśniewska.

 

Technology-Driven Ophthalmology and Education

 

EYEmova is a comprehensive ophthalmology and training center focused on improving patients’ quality of life through advanced laser vision correction technologies. The clinic’s offer will include:

  • laser vision correction,

  • cataract surgery using state-of-the-art lenses,

  • RLE (Refractive Lens Exchange),

  • astigmatism treatment,

  • blepharoplasty.

The brand is owned by Medistay, a company whose partners combine strong medical expertise with experience in new technologies. Beyond clinical services, EYEmova will also operate as a training hub for doctors specializing in laser vision correction. The team is additionally developing a patient-friendly application designed to provide rapid eye condition analysis and support optimal treatment decisions.

According to Anna Goździalska, Member of the Management Board of Medistay, the choice of SOHO by Yareal was strategic. The location’s potential, unique atmosphere, and long-term growth prospects made the Kamionek project the ideal place to launch and expand the clinic’s operations.

For Yareal Polska, the presence of a modern medical center significantly enhances the functional diversity of the entire development. SOHO by Yareal has been designed in line with the “15-minute city” concept, integrating residential, office, retail, leisure, and service functions within one cohesive urban quarter.

A linear park, intimate courtyards, sunny terraces, and reduced car traffic create a sustainable and vibrant urban environment.

 

Residential Completion and Next Development Phase

 

At the end of last year, Yareal completed the final residential phase of SOHO by Yareal (SOHO 10, SOHO 12, and the NEFRYT apartment building). The residential part of the project now comprises 10 multifamily buildings and 870 apartments.

In total, over 11,300 sqm of retail and service space has been planned across dozens of units within the complex. Tenants already operating in SOHO by Yareal include Green Caffè Nero, Carrefour, Hebe, Baken, Ramenownia, OSSKA Design showroom, BABA Body & Social Club, and others.

Yareal Polska is currently focusing on SOHO HUB – the final stage of the development. Scheduled for delivery between 2026 and 2028, this phase will add over 5,000 sqm of modern office space (Mińska 39 and the historic B.55 building), nearly 2,500 sqm of additional retail and service space, and a PRS component.

The entry of EYEmova confirms the growing importance of mixed-use projects in Warsaw and further strengthens Kamionek’s position as a dynamic, evolving destination for modern services, healthcare, and urban living.
