New headquarters for Polish Waters

The Regional Water Management Board in Gdańsk is relocating its operations to the modern workspace at Tryton Business House. As Paweł Szarmach, Deputy Director for Organizational and Economic Affairs at RZGW, explains:

“Our offices have operated from two separate locations, which was not ideal. Moreover, the building we partially occupied is being repurposed for the needs of another institution. Tryton Business House allows us to consolidate all departments in one convenient and well-equipped location tailored to our organizational model.”

The new office will be located on the 3rd and 4th floors and will follow a cellular layout. The interior design and fit-out are being handled by Globalworth’s in-house Workplaces team. The project is executed under a “design and build” model, allowing fast and effective adaptation to the tenant’s requirements.

A trusted location for public institutions

“The trust placed in us by Polish Waters in selecting Tryton Business House for their new regional office confirms our ability to create professional, sector-specific office environments,” says Anna Zygmunt, Junior Asset Management & Leasing Manager at Globalworth Poland.

Polish Waters join a growing number of public institutions choosing Tryton. Recently, the building welcomed departments of the Regional and Appellate Courts in Gdańsk. Since entering the Polish market seven years ago, Globalworth has successfully cooperated with various public entities, including embassies and chambers of commerce.

Cushman & Wakefield: public sector meets modern offices

Samanta Kiełdanowicz, Negotiator at Cushman & Wakefield, comments:

“We are observing a growing trend of public institutions relocating to modern office buildings with excellent locations and standards. In this case, the main challenge was aligning the institution’s specific requirements with the realities of the commercial market. Thanks to the owner’s flexibility and strong cooperation between both parties, we reached a long-term solution that fully meets the tenant’s needs.”

Tryton – a modern icon of Gdańsk

Tryton Business House offers 25,500 sqm of high-quality office and retail space. The complex consists of two 6-storey wings and an 11-storey tower, connected by glazed walkways. The building holds a BREEAM certificate at the “Excellent” level and operates entirely on renewable energy. An upgrade of the main lobby is planned for Q2 2025, enhancing both the aesthetic and functional aspects of the property.

With infrastructure for cyclists, an underground car park with 262 spaces, and a prime location on Jana z Kolna Street – near the Gdańsk Shipyard and European Solidarity Centre – Tryton is a top choice for both public and private sector tenants.

“Our in-depth knowledge of the property and close collaboration with the tenant allow us to efficiently deliver a tailored fit-out and adapt the office space to meet the institution’s specific requirements,” adds Joanna Liberadzka, Project Manager at Workplaces, Globalworth Poland.
