As part of this new structure, Anna Korwin-Kulesza has been promoted to the newly created position of Head of Asset Management & Leasing. In this pivotal role, Anna will be responsible for the performance of all Globalworth’s commercial business lines in Poland.

Anna Korwin-Kulesza has been with Globalworth since the brand’s entry into the Polish market over 9 years ago, consistently expanding her scope of responsibility in subsequent roles. Prior to this promotion, she was responsible for asset management and leasing for the property portfolio in Central and Northern Poland, covering Warsaw, Łódź, and Gdańsk. With over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, gained on both the advisory and investor sides at firms like DTZ, Cushman & Wakefield, and Griffin Real Estate, Anna brings a wealth of knowledge and a client-focused approach to her new position.
