It will be the sixth location of Rise.pl in Krakow following the openings at Galileo (18 Armii Krajowej Avenue), Diamante Plaza (24 Jana Dekerta Street), 1C Samuela Bogumiła Lindego Street and 65a Królewska Street. The Kurniki St. location will complement the services provided in Królewska Street. In August, the flexible workplace provider will open another office at Fabryczna Office Park (18 Pokoju Avenue). Rise.pl is also present in Warsaw, Rzeszów and Katowice.

The building at 9 Kurniki Street will offer both coworking space and cellular offices. In addition, it will feature chillout zones and many conference rooms available to tenants.

"Krakow is the second largest coworking space and serviced office market in Poland and Rise.pl is a leading provider of such spaces in the capital city of Lesser Poland. The new building, which boasts a central location and easy access to public transport, will be an ideal complement to the real estate portfolio of Rise.pl," says Agnieszka Kuehn, Senior Consultant, Office Agency, Savills Krakow office.
