Krakow cements its position as the leading regional city office market

Krakow has nearly doubled its office stock over the last four years, becoming the largest and fastest-growing regional city office market in Poland, reveals Savills in its latest report.

Savills acts as the letting agent on the first phase of Business Garden Wrocław

Savills has been appointed as sole letting agent for office space in the three buildings of Business Garden Wrocław, owned by the ISOC Group. Savills has also been the property manager for the first phase of the project since mid-2019.

Another IT company expands in Kraków

Symphony Solutions, an international tech company, has chosen a location for its Krakow office. It will relocate to Principio, where it will take occupancy of approximately 850 sq m of office space in May 2020. The tenant was represented in the transaction by Savills while the landlord was advised by Knight Frank.

Prosta Office Center changes hands

Cromwell Property Group, acting as an asset manager of Prosta Office Center, has completed the disposal of the property located in Warsaw to KGAL investment fund. Savills advised the vendor in the transaction.

Warsaw under construction

Almost 800,000 sq m of office space is currently under construction in Warsaw of which approx. 55% will be delivered in 2020, according to the latest Savills research. Capital city of Poland continues to be a big construction site, mostly due to very strong demand for the office space with its record-high levels recorded in 2019.

Savills acts as a commercial adviser and property manager for all the office buildings of M7 Real Estate in Poland

Savills has been appointed as sole adviser to M7 Real Estate for the fund’s entire office portfolio. Savills will be responsible for office space leasing and property management.
