The new Fortress Logistics Real Estate headquarters is located on the third floor of Metropolitan Warsaw, offering panoramic views of the Ministry of Culture, the Raffles Europejski Hotel, and the intersection of Trębacka and Marszałka Ferdynanda Focha streets. The fit-out was completed by Space4u in a record time of just two months. The project followed a sustainable, zero-waste approach, reusing elements from the previous interior and making full use of the space’s architectural potential while implementing modern technological solutions.

 

The five-year green lease agreement was negotiated with the support of Cushman & Wakefield, advising the tenant. The landlord was represented by Clyde & Krasnodębski, Kulińska i Wspólnicy sp.k. law firm.
