Punkt with the cornerstone

The cornerstone has been laid for the construction of the Punkt office building, which is being built in the Wrzeszcz district in Gdańsk. The building will have almost 13 thousand. sq m lease area.

Globalworth sells five Warsaw buildings for EUR 123 mln

The buildings that are to be sold under the preliminary agreement are Nordic Park (in the riverside Powiśle district – 9,000 sqm), Bliski Centrum (on ul. Żurawia in the city centre – 4,700 sqm, Warta Tower (central Warsaw – 30,000 sqm) as well as Batory Building I and Company House I (on the Al. Jerozolimskie airport corridor – 6,600 sqm and 6,200 sqm respectively). By 2023, 5th Corner plans to have invested more than EUR 30 mln in the complete renovation of the largest of these properties, Warta Tower.

CA Immo confident over results

DLA Piper - the first tenant of Atrium 2

Global business law firm DLA Piper has signed a lease agreement for ca. 4,000 sqm of office space in Atrium 2. The scheme, developed by Skanska Property Poland, is in close proximity to the ONZ Roundabout in Warsaw. With the completion of this agreement, DLA Piper becomes the building's first tenant six months before its completion scheduled for Q1 2016.
