The office market is currently in some limbo, the pandemic is a brake on growth and this condition will probably last a while. However, investment processes in our industry last for years. As an investor, developer, we must look to the future, think about what will happen in 2-3 years, and by then - I strongly believe in it - the situation will normalize, and the majority of employees will appear in offices, but probably in slightly different offices rules. Wrzeszcz, in which we are investing not for the first time, has great business potential - says Sławomir Gajewski, president of Torus.

Punkt is an office building with six overground and one underground storey, with a total area of almost 13,000 sq m. sq m (GLA). The building will be certified in the LEED v4 system. It will also be a certified "Object without barriers", adapted to the free movement of disabled people. A terrace has been designed on the fourth floor. There are 283 parking spaces planned in the investment, including 83 underground parking spaces.

First talks with potential tenants are underway.

The raw state of the investment is planned to be reached by the end of July 2022. Marex Budownictwo from Mława is responsible for this scope of work. In turn, the assembly of the elevation, which will be performed by Eljako-Al, will start in June next year and will last until the end of the first quarter of 2023. The design of the building was prepared by the APA Wojciechowski Trójmiasto studio. The planned completion date of the investment is the third quarter of 2023.
