Process Solutions will occupy about 1,000 sqm of office space on the third floor of Skyliner and will move into the new office in early 2025.

Karimpol Polska, owner of Skyliner, is committed to sustainable development and environmental protection. The office building was designed and built to the highest environmental standards and will apply for BREEAM certification at the Outstanding level.

In addition, the Skyliner will be powered by renewable energy sources, which means a smaller carbon footprint and less environmental impact.

Skyliner I 95% leased

The selection of Skyliner by Process Solutions is further proof of the office building's appeal. Skyliner I is currently 95% leased.

Construction is also underway on the second phase of the complex, Skyliner II, which is scheduled for completion in late 2026. The second tower will be 130 meters high, with 28 floors and 24,000 sqm of leasable space. Most of the usable space will be used for offices, while retail and commercial units on the first floor of the building will occupy nearly 1,000 sqm.
