New tenants and a record-breaking lease

 

Among the newcomers to Olivia Centre are HedgeServ, DHL Global Forwarding, and worldbox. The past six months also marked the move-in of companies that signed their leases last year: Adar, Archer Poland, Capgemini, HK Finance, and mBank. In total, 22,000 sqm of new and renewed leases were signed in H1.

Hybrid work is an advantage

 

As hybrid and remote work redefine office needs, Olivia turns challenge into opportunity. Across Poland, the average lease size has decreased by about 20%, yet Olivia has continued to grow. Since 2020, over 70 new companies have joined the centre, leasing a combined 45,000 sqm of office and service space.

 

Olivia Pulse, Olivia Home – building a truly mixed-use destination

 

Olivia has long outgrown the definition of a traditional office complex. Currently under construction is Olivia Pulse, which won the Baltic Real Estate Award for Future Project. At the same time, Olivia Home – the residential development arm – was named Residential Developer of the Year. Michelin-starred dining and a vibrant community

 

Arco by Paco Pérez received its second Michelin star this year – the only restaurant in northern Poland to do so. Treinta y Tres retained its Bib Gourmand distinction. Meanwhile, Olivia Garden and PIXEL XL attract families and youth, while the 32nd-floor observation deck and 33rd-floor fine dining restaurants remain major draws for business guests and tourists alike.
