Miele, present in Business Garden for five years, has maintained nearly 2,700 m² of leased space. The Poznań branch of PKO Bank Polski has also extended its stay, with its office and banking branch occupying approximately 1,200 m². NTT Data has likewise renewed its lease, retaining more than 1,300 m² of modern office space.

At the same time, the complex continues to attract growing businesses. Agro Sieć Maszyny has expanded its office by an additional 380 m². The tenant mix has also been strengthened by new global brands, including Merck Life Science, representing the pharmaceutical and life science sector.
