The decision to expand reflects the continuous growth of MAK Group and its affiliated companies. With an increasing number of employees and new business lines, the organization needed more space to accommodate its evolving operations.

For 30 years, MAK Group has been setting the standard for brokerage services in Poland, providing comprehensive insurance programs – including property, life, motor, transport, liability, and financial insurance – to thousands of clients in both private and public sectors.

This modern, Class A office property offers 16,300 sqm of leasable space in the heart of Warsaw’s Mokotów business district, adjacent to the Westfield Mokotów shopping centre.

 

The building holds a BREEAM In-Use Excellent certification, confirming high standards of sustainability and operational efficiency. Its tenant roster includes Honeywell, Cofidis, MAK Group, and Planet.
