Fast Lunch of High Quality at Olivia Centre
The iLunch restaurant has opened at Olivia Centre in Gdańsk, bringing a unique gastronomic offering to the Polish market. The restaurant, which started operations on January 23, 2026, is the first location of the Lithuanian chain in Poland. The official opening took place on January 26.
The iLunch chain, already operating in Lithuania, Latvia, and the United Arab Emirates, plans to expand ambitiously across Poland. Over the next five years, the chain aims to open 100 new restaurants, with a total investment of 50 million euros. The concept of the restaurant combines fast service with high-quality dishes, all served in less than two minutes after ordering.
Automation and Comfort for Guests
iLunch offers an innovative approach to dining that enables quick service of up to 500 meals per day. With a fully automated ordering and meal preparation process, the restaurant can serve fresh and tasty meals in record time. The menu includes classic Polish dishes, which are regularly complemented by new items inspired by world cuisines.
Aurelijus Jasevičius, the founder of iLunch, emphasizes that speed does not compromise quality: “Our restaurants combine high-quality dishes with comfortable design and an atmosphere where our guests can enjoy their lunch break in a pleasant setting.”
Olivia Centre – The Perfect Location for the Premiere
Olivia Centre, one of the largest business hubs in Gdańsk, was chosen as the location for the first iLunch restaurant in Poland due to the large number of people working there. Around 15,000 people work at the centre daily, making it the ideal place for this debut.
“Our goal is to offer our residents the widest range of services in various areas. With the addition of this unique lunch concept, we are expanding the options available to employees in Olivia Centre” – says Bogusław Wieczorek, the board representative of Olivia Centre.
Next Step in Olivia Centre’s Development
The opening of iLunch marks another important milestone in the development of Olivia Centre. The centre, which will soon welcome its first residents in the new Olivia Pulse apartment building, is continually raising the standards of work and leisure. The new restaurant is just one of many elements that make Olivia Centre even more attractive for both office workers and future residents.
Summary
The iLunch restaurant at Olivia Centre is a response to the growing demand for fast but high-quality meals in comfortable settings. The automated ordering and meal service process, combined with modern design, sets a new standard for office-based dining in Poland. This is just the beginning of iLunch’s ambitious expansion across Poland, which aims to revolutionize the lunch offering in the country’s largest cities.
