A leader of growth and transformation

 

Artur Apostoł joined Globalworth at the very beginning of its operations in Poland. He played a key role in building the company’s local team and significantly expanded its real estate portfolio through strategic acquisitions such as Skylight & Lumen, Spektrum Tower, and Warsaw Trade Tower. At its peak, the Polish portfolio reached 620,000 sqm of GLA and a total value of over €1.65 billion.

 

As Managing Director, he was responsible for real estate operations, acquisitions, and building internal property management capabilities. Under his leadership, the team closed over 580,000 sqm of lease transactions and currently supports more than 500 tenants. During his tenure, Globalworth also launched the Ace of Space serviced office brand and the Globalworth App.

 

“These nearly nine years at Globalworth have been both professionally demanding and extremely rewarding. We've built a stable portfolio and an integrated team of over 150 professionals supporting tenants at every stage of their journey,” said Artur Apostoł. He confirmed he will remain available to the management board for a transition period.

 

Continued leadership, seamless transition

 

Following Artur’s departure, his responsibilities will be assumed by two experienced members of the Polish management team:

 

Rafał Pomorski, Managing Director – Finance & Operations Poland, who has been with Globalworth since 2017. Formerly CFO, he brings experience from Griffin Real Estate and MGPA.

 

Łukasz Duczkowski, currently Head of Investments and Special Projects, who will take over as Managing Director – Real Estate Operations Poland. He joined the company in 2018 after roles at Griffin Capital Partners and Colliers International.

 

“Artur has been a close colleague and inspiring leader. These are emotionally intense weeks for many of us, but the transition of responsibilities is smooth and operations remain fully stable,” said Rafał Pomorski.
