2022 is even more flexible

Teleste, a company operating in the field of video and situational security systems as well as passenger information systems, is moving into a new office at ul. Fabryczna in Wrocław. The company will occupy over 550 sq m. in the Quickwork serviced office, which is located in the Carbon Tower office building owned by Cavatina Holding.

Punkt with the cornerstone

The cornerstone has been laid for the construction of the Punkt office building, which is being built in the Wrzeszcz district in Gdańsk. The building will have almost 13 thousand. sq m lease area.

Norblin officially opened

The Capital Park Group has officially completed the revitalization of the Norblin Factory - its flagship project, which returns to the map of Warsaw after several years of design, construction and conservation work. The occupancy permit was obtained for the complex at the end of August.
