Vastint Poland has received a building permit for the first part of the second stage of Gdynia Waterfront

Vastint Poland has received a building permit for the first part of the second stage of Gdynia Waterfront. The scope of work covered by the permit concerns the development of four buildings with underground garages with a total area of 44,000 m2. Two office buildings to be built along the frontage of Waszyngtona Street will provide 14,500 m2 of rentable space, while the next two buildings located in the second building line will house 126 apartments. The expected construction works will start in the spring of 2020.

Wroclaw Office Market Will Expand by Another 100,000 sqm by the End of this Year

According to „Occupier economics: Office market in Wroclaw Q1 2019”, a report published by real estate advisory firm Cresa, Wrocław’s office stock has increased by more than 13% over the year to the current 1.07 million sqm. Although the first three months saw only one completion: City Forum: City One (11,200 sqm, Archicom), by the end of the year additional nine office buildings will be built.

The official opening of WORKO

Vantage Development is launching a new project: offices serviced with the WORKO coworking space. The ceremonial opening took place on June 6, and the event was attended by representatives of the start-ups, journalists, contractors and employees of Vantage Development.
