This is another WELL Health-Safety Rating certificate awarded for the Ghelamco investment. Previously, another of the developer's flagship investments in Poland - The Warsaw Hub skyscraper - joined the group of the safest buildings in the world.

The procedures implemented in the building - as well as the regular control of its key systems - have a positive impact on reducing the risk associated with Covid-19 threats. UV lamps have been installed in the elevators and the air-conditioning system of the building, which disinfect the space, ensuring maximum sterility. The water quality is also regularly tested in the facility, and numerous filters and sensors carefully control the air quality, thanks to which the interior of the Warsaw Unit remains smog-free.

The employees of the complex are informed about all procedures using the mobile application, which is part of the Signal OS building operating system, created by Ghelamco. The application is also used to grant access and invite guests, which prevents unwanted people from entering the building.

The architectural design of the Warsaw Unit skyscraper is the responsibility of the Polish-Belgian Pracownia Architektury Projekt. The building manager is CBRE. The facility has Green Building Standard certificates, the highest BREEAM rating and the title of "Building without barriers".
