Warsaw emerges as Europe’s office market leader. Poland back on the growth path

The Polish office market is showing a clear revival, with Warsaw becoming one of the most dynamic and promising office locations in Europe. In H1 2025, tenant activity grew by 15% y/y, while the vacancy rate in the capital’s CBD dropped to just 7.1%. Rising demand, limited new supply, and competitive capital values are attracting global investors, who have already committed over EUR 2 billion to the office sector. Warsaw, combining strong economic fundamentals with attractive yields, is cementing its position as one of Europe’s hottest office markets.

Dekpol moves to Airport City – Alpha fully leased

Dekpol Deweloper is relocating its headquarters to Gdańsk’s Airport City. The company has leased over 970 m² in the Alpha building, bringing the first stage of the complex to full occupancy. The leasing process was handled by JLL, reinforcing the project’s position as a prime business destination next to the airport and attracting more top-tier tenants.

NAOS joins The Park Kraków – 94% of building B1 now leased

White Star Real Estate and Cain International welcome NAOS, the company behind Bioderma, Institut Esthederm and Etat Pur, to the tenant community of The Park Kraków.
