Expansion in a strategic tech location

Following their successes in Poznań and Rybnik, Vercom and CyberFolks have chosen Kraków as the next step in their growth strategy. The new 500-square-meter office will become operational in February 2025 and is designed with functionality, employee well-being, and long-term development in mind.

“Our Kraków office is a natural continuation of our group’s development and past acquisitions, which have enriched our portfolio. It also strengthens our ability to attract talent and develop competencies,” says Karolina Latos, COO at FreshMail and CPCO at Vercom.

Quattro Business Park – tailored for modern business

The office is located on the 12th floor of one of the four buildings at Quattro Business Park, offering panoramic views of Kraków, high design flexibility, and a full range of services and amenities – making it an ideal location for growing tech companies.

“Quattro Business Park is a space designed for modern tenants. We are pleased to welcome Vercom and CyberFolks to our business community,” adds Joanna Wanat, Asset Management & Leasing Assistant at Globalworth Poland.

A people-first and sustainable office project

The new office was designed and delivered by the Globalworth Poland Workplaces team, with interior design led by Agata Plackowska of Flamaster Design Studio. The project began with employee interviews to ensure that the layout and features aligned with the team’s actual needs. The planning and design phase lasted five months and focused on comfort, a sense of home, and efficient access to workplace functions.

The execution followed sustainable principles, minimizing construction works by reusing existing glass partitions and selecting eco-friendly materials such as PET panels, recycled fabrics, and steel components. Acoustic comfort was ensured with ceiling and wall panels and sound-absorbing textiles.

“We’ve created a space that people want to return to. Bright colors, high functionality, and minimalist design contribute to a workplace that genuinely supports employee satisfaction,” notes Oskar Słup-Ostrawski, Project Manager at Globalworth Poland.

A functional, collaborative environment

The new office includes a representative reception area with a kitchenette, several conference rooms, two spacious open spaces, and a large kitchen with a dedicated chillout zone for internal events. The space combines biophilic design with modern acoustic standards, including felt panels and ceiling islands.

Vercom selected its new headquarters using the finne platform, which enabled an efficient match between workspace requirements and available office options.

Summary

The new Vercom and CyberFolks office at Quattro Business Park is more than just a relocation – it’s a strategic investment in sustainable growth, workplace quality, and team culture. Developed in cooperation with Globalworth, this new space meets the needs of a modern business and its employees. Situated in the heart of Kraków’s tech ecosystem, it marks a significant step in the group’s evolution and long-term vision.
