Ghelamco and Google announced the conclusion of the preliminary agreement on March 7 , today it is finalized. The value of the transaction was approximately EUR 583 million. Ghelamco was advised by CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield and Dentons.
The Warsaw Hub complex has BREEAM certificates at the Excellent, WELL Health-Safety Rating and "Object without barriers" certificates.
