A tower designed to impress
Located at 28 Prosta Street, Studio A has just reached its target height of 102 meters – marked by the traditional topping-out ceremony. The building will feature 26 storeys (including 22 above-ground office floors and 4 underground levels), offering a total of approximately 26,600 sqm of modern office space. Completion is scheduled for Q4 2025.
Its architectural identity stands out thanks to the collaboration between Polish studio Grupa 5 Architekci and Denmark’s Arrow Architects. One of its signature features: distinctive steel "X" structures at the base, giving the tower an industrial edge and a strong urban presence – perfectly suited to the dynamic Wola district.
City-center location with unbeatable access
Studio A is rising in one of the most accessible parts of Warsaw – between Rondo ONZ and Rondo Daszyńskiegometro stations. This location provides excellent connectivity by metro, tram, and bus, making it an ideal choice for future tenants.
What’s more, the building will be surrounded by a thoughtfully designed public space: green areas, water features, and a pedestrian walkway connecting the site to the nearby Norblin Factory – one of Warsaw’s most vibrant mixed-use destinations.
Green, human-centered, and future-ready
As with all Skanska developments, sustainability and well-being are built into the foundations. Studio A is on track to achieve both LEED Platinum and WELL Gold certifications – signaling a commitment to energy efficiency, health, and user comfort.
Three of the building’s floors will feature open-air terraces for tenant use, creating inspiring places to relax, work, or meet. The building will also offer excellent daylight access, flexible floorplates, and advanced ventilation and air quality systems.
Your one-night pass to the future of Warsaw
On the night of May 31, 2025, architecture lovers and skyline chasers will have a unique opportunity to step inside Studio A before it officially opens to the market.
Two guided tours are planned as part of Skyscraper Night 2025 – at 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM, each limited to 10 adult participants. For safety reasons, only individuals aged 18 and over can take part, and all guests will receive mandatory health & safety training at the start. Skanska will provide the required protective gear for the tour.
Highlights include access to one of the top floors of the tower, panoramic views over the city, and a walk through a sample office level. It’s a rare chance to explore one of Warsaw’s most exciting office buildings before it becomes part of the everyday skyline.
More than a building – a vision for the city
Studio A is more than just another office tower. It represents a bold new standard for sustainable, people-first workspace in Warsaw. With its iconic design, premium location, and ambitious environmental standards, it’s already a standout project – and it hasn’t even opened yet.
Thanks to its participation in Skyscraper Night 2025, Studio A will make its debut not only as a commercial property – but as a place where architecture, community, and innovation meet.
