A new office standard in Rzeszów
Olszynki Park redefines what modern office space can offer. Designed to inspire productivity and well-being, the complex includes high-quality offices with panoramic views, access to services such as restaurants, fitness, wellness zones, and a conference center, as well as premium apartment and retail spaces.
Created with people in mind, the project focuses on flexibility, comfort, and urban integration. It’s a vibrant workplace with access to everything needed to thrive – a space where modern business meets everyday life.
European Stadium of Culture 2025 – Rzeszów’s largest cultural event
From June 26–29, Rzeszów transformed into a cultural hub during the 15th edition of the European Stadium of Culture 2025 – a festival that is part of Poland’s cultural program for the EU Council Presidency. The event attracted thousands of participants and featured artists from across Europe, uniting them through music, dialogue, and cross-border cooperation.
Four days of culture, connection, and creativity
The program included concerts, workshops, exhibitions, theatre performances, silent discos, discussion panels, food zones, and urban art installations. Events took place at key venues throughout the city, including Rzeszowskie Piwnice, Kino Zorza, Fosa Zamkowa, and around Hala Podpromie.
This year’s theme, “KIND TO PACT”, promoted openness, cultural collaboration, and social solidarity – values closely aligned with Apklan’s vision of building inclusive urban spaces.
Main Concert – where culture takes center stage
The highlight of the festival was the Main Concert held on June 27 near Hala Podpromie. The evening featured international music collectives such as Lanberry & Kazka, Wiktor Dyduła & MokuMoku, AbradAb & Serhii Babkin, and Matylda/Łukasiewicz & Yegor Zabelov. Entry was free of charge, welcoming everyone to experience the spirit of the event.
Office space with cultural purpose
As an official sponsor, Apklan contributed not only financially but also logistically, offering panoramic event spaces at Olszynki Park – including its iconic 40th floor – for media and festival organizers. This partnership highlighted a broader vision: that modern office buildings can be part of the city’s cultural landscape and help foster connections that go beyond business.
Olszynki Park proves that office space can offer more than square meters. It can be a platform for innovation, a meeting point for people and ideas, and a place that reflects the vibrant energy of the city it serves.
