Warsaw's Skyline Set for a Modern Addition

Grupa PHN, the owner of the INTRACO office building located at ul. Stawki 2 in Warsaw, has announced a significant project: the demolition of the current structure to make way for a brand-new, modern, and sustainable office tower. The decision stems from the existing building's inability to meet today's technical standards and market expectations for high-quality office space.

Sustainable Design and Advanced Features

The planned new tower will reach a height of 107 meters and feature 23 floors, a more streamlined design compared to the original 39-floor building. The focus is heavily on environmental sustainability and occupant well-being. Key features will include a facade incorporating photovoltaic elements, advanced energy recovery systems, comprehensive infrastructure for cyclists, and enhanced accessibility for people with disabilities.

This commitment to modern standards is further underscored by the project's ambition to achieve multiple prestigious certifications, such as BREEAM, WELL, WiredScore, SmartScore, and Access4You. These certifications are highly valued by businesses prioritizing sustainability, technology integration, and employee comfort and accessibility.

Expert Architecture and Project Timeline

The design of this ambitious project is entrusted to the renowned architectural studio FS&P ARCUS. The timeline for the project indicates that the selection of the demolition company is scheduled for late autumn 2025, with demolition work expected to commence between the first and second quarters of 2026. While the new building is a future prospect, its planned features position it as a premier destination for businesses seeking modern, sustainable office space in a central Warsaw location.
