Warsaw Brewery is currently one of the most interesting locations in the capital. This lively, well-designed area in Warsaw's business centre is attractive for potential residents, for tenants to locate their headquarters and for those who want to invest in superb office buildings. Thanks to all the wonderful and carefully selected services, restaurants, craft bars, cafés and bakeries, Warsaw Brewery is attracting new guests every day. Now we are welcoming a new co-host of this unique destination project – Deka Immobilien – and we are happy to be able to launch the full food and beverage range this summer.

The office section of the building is leased to such tenants as Grupa Żywiec, Allen & Overy, MDDP, Point72 and Playtika. Its ground floor is occupied by a number of restaurants and a gym, while the basement of the building is connected to the historic cellars. This is where Lviv-based Kumpel Group will be opening its ‘Browar Warszawski’ beer cellar and restaurant.

Browary Warszawskie is situated on the 4.5 ha site of the former 19th century Haberbusch i Schiele brewery between ul. Grzybowska, ul. Wronia, ul. Chłodna and ul. Krochmalna in Warsaw's Wola-Centrum district. Echo Investment in cooperation with Jems Architekci have revitalised and re-invented the site as a multifunctional city quarter. It now comprises apartments, office space, restaurants and bars, along with greenery and urban space.
