Lipiński Passage and Zebra Tower are ones of the most recognizable office buildings in the capital. Union Investment has extended our mandate to commercialize both schemes, which is evidence that the owner is confident that we will continue to spare no effort in carrying out our tenant-mix strategy to maintain the highest possible occupancy rates, said Anna Górska-Kwiatkowska, Partner, Landlord Representation, Office Agency, Cushman & Wakefield.
