BNP Paribas Bank has leased two floors for its business needs, with a total area of 3360 sqm of office space in Francuska Office Centre and will move into the building at the end of this year. The complex belongs to GTC and is located in the very centre of Katowice, in close vicinity of the Railway Station and motorway exit.  

Experts from BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland Office Agency were responsible for a selection of suitable location and execution of the lease transaction. Owing to their substantive support and involvement, the Client found a location which met the highest, international standards, fully matching specific business needs and expectations.

Francuska Office Centre is an office complex consisting of two class A office buildings, with a total leasable area of 23 000 sqm, located 5 minutes by car from the Katowice city centre and 30 minutes away from the international airport at Pyrzowice. The surrounding area offers a wide selection of commercial and service facilities as well as access to numerous bus and tram lines. The venue includes a restaurant, two bank subsidiaries and a kiosk.

In relation to the concluded transaction, the new tenant was advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate and the building owner by Colliers.
