Warsaw office market hits record new supply, but construction pipeline falls to a historic low

In Q2 2025, Warsaw’s office market recorded its highest level of newly delivered space in three years – nearly 80,000 m² of modern offices were completed, mainly around Rondo Daszyńskiego.
