Two Warimpex office buildings in Poland are WELL certified

Kraków’s Mogilska 43 Office building and Łódź`s Ogrodowa Office building, which are part of Warimpex’s portfolio, have been certified according to WELL Health & Safety Rating and BREEAM In-use with “Excellent” rating.

The Lakeside office development in Warsaw’s Służewiec district has been awarded Well ‘Gold’ pre-certification for its design stage.

The Well certificate primarily takes into account factors that impact human health and well-being. Earlier this year, Lakeside obtained BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ environmental pre-certification. Lakeside, which will comprise 24,000 sqm, will replace University Business Centre I – one of the two UBC buildings acquired by Atenor in May 2018. Demolition work began on UBC 1 in April.
