Kindergarten in an office building

A private, bilingual kindergarten and nursery of the Kids & Co chain will be built in the Quattro Business Park office complex in Kraków. The owner and manager of the property, Globalworth, has signed a lease with the operator. 400 sq m. the facility will open in September 2022.

7R chooses Metropolitan

7R has changed the location of its Warsaw office by moving into the Metropolitan office building. It occupies over 1.3 thousand. sq m surface. Premium standard offices

CPI increases stake in Immofinanz

PINK sees growth in regional office markets
