2022 is even more flexible

Flexible space myoffice, prepared by Immofinanz at myhive Crown Point, has gained a tenant - Starburst Data. From April 2021, Immofinanz has been implementing new flexible products in its properties under the myhive brand: mycowork and myoffice.

Radio comes to Norblin

Internet radio station newonce.radio will move to the Verit building in the Norblin Factory development.

Globalworth sells five Warsaw buildings for EUR 123 mln

The buildings that are to be sold under the preliminary agreement are Nordic Park (in the riverside Powiśle district – 9,000 sqm), Bliski Centrum (on ul. Żurawia in the city centre – 4,700 sqm, Warta Tower (central Warsaw – 30,000 sqm) as well as Batory Building I and Company House I (on the Al. Jerozolimskie airport corridor – 6,600 sqm and 6,200 sqm respectively). By 2023, 5th Corner plans to have invested more than EUR 30 mln in the complete renovation of the largest of these properties, Warta Tower.
