Two office buildings at Fuzja have been topped out

In the area of the Fuzja investment in Łódź, the works related to the construction of the shell of two office buildings have been completed, and the traditional topping out ceremony has been held. Obtaining an occupancy permit is planned for the first quarter of 2022. Medusa Group studio is responsible for the architectural design.

Nowy Rynek’s Building D in Poznan is ready!

Another building of the Nowy Rynek complex in Poznan, developed by Skanska, has received its occupancy permit. Phase D provides approx. 39,000 sqm of modern office space and will be the first investment in the region to apply for the WELL Core&Shell certificate. It is also the only place in Poznan with a pavement made of green concrete that cleans the air.

HB Reavis’ Varso Tower becomes the EU’s tallest building

Varso Tower officially became the tallest building in Poland when the roof height topped out at 230m. However, with the addition of its 80m, 73 tonne spire, its new architectural height means it now holds a new record. The new Warsaw landmark now reigns as European Union’s tallest building, surpassing even the skyscrapers of Frankfurt, Milan and Paris.
