Wipro IT Services Poland has been operating in Poland since 2008. The company is a member of the Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL) – a leading organisation representing the modern business services sector in Poland.

“When looking for a suitable office for Wipro IT Services Poland, we tried to respond to the needs of the client, who wanted a high standard and a location in the centre of Gdansk. We are delighted to have achieved this. I believe that our strategic approach to the process, including a comprehensive consulting package, allowed us to choose the property best suited to the client’s preferences,” says Beata Lewandowska, Senior Consultant, Office Agency, JLL.

“Gdańsk is a great location for us as we’re constantly looking to attract top-tier talent in the region. The Wave Building’s location as well as its eco-friendly design makes it the perfect office choice for Wipro,” adds Chevalier Mario A. Libonati, Operations Head – Europe, Wipro IT Services Poland.

“What characterizes Wave is first and foremost the inclusive work environment which has a real and positive impact on all employees. We are glad that Wipro has chosen Wave as a new office location,” says Kornelia Łukaszewska-Ciesielska, leasing manager at Skanska’s commercial development business unit in CEE.

Wave is the first project by office company Skanska completed in the Tri-City area. The 14-storey office complex is located on Grunwaldzka Avenue in Oliwa, the most dynamically developing office district in Gdansk. It is located on a key artery connecting the whole of the Tri-City area, opposite the main campus of the University of Gdansk. The office building has received the prestigious WELL Core & Shell Gold award. It also holds LEED Core & Shell and WELL Health Safety Rating certifications.

Wave uses only energy produced from renewable sources. It is equipped to save electricity and water. What’s more, it has been created using recycled materials and FSC-certified wood. There is a specially designed walkway around the complex, which absorbs harmful nitrogen oxides (NOx) emitted primarily by surrounding road transport.
