An entertainment hub in the heart of an office building
Pixel XL is a brand-new space designed for fun, interaction and shared experiences. It caters to families with children as well as corporate teams, making it the perfect spot for group outings, company events, and active relaxation.
Spanning 1,053 sqm, Pixel XL offers 13 themed rooms, each accommodating up to 8 people. Thanks to the ability to host activities in several rooms at once, the venue is also ideal for larger group events. The experience is centered around emotion, movement, and interactive play, with participants choosing one of 40 game scenarios right at the entrance.
Blending technology with physical play
Visitors engage with colorful interactive floor tiles that encourage movement and coordination. The activities include chasing colors, dancing to music, and avoiding moving floor objects – delivering analog fun in a digital world. It’s all about shared emotions, physical activity, and time well spent together.
The challenges are designed to sharpen reflexes, enhance memory, and develop logical thinking skills. A snack bar is also available on-site, making Pixel XL a well-rounded experience for guests of all ages.
Designed by local studios
The concept was developed by the Wrocław-based Cudo studio, while execution was overseen by Gdańsk’s Design Anatomy. As Weronika Budzyńska, an architect at Design Anatomy, explains:
“This is a unique space, full of color and emotion, which opened in Olivia Centre in early December. Our responsibilities included overseeing the full on-site project execution: managing all technical installations such as ventilation, sanitary systems, and electric networks. This was a complex project that combined strict safety requirements with creativity and advanced control systems for such a distinctive entertainment facility.”
Olivia Centre – more than just offices
Pixel XL joins a growing list of public attractions at Olivia Centre, which include:
Olivia Garden – an exotic indoor garden in the heart of Gdańsk,
Observation deck on the 32nd floor of Olivia Star – offering panoramic views of the city and the bay,
A cultural and entertainment venue on the 34th floor – regularly hosting top Polish music, theatre, and film stars.
As Bogusław Wieczorek, management board representative at Olivia Centre, points out:
“From the very beginning, Olivia has focused on openness and community engagement. We want to be part of a living city, offering not only top-tier office space but also entertainment, culture, and gastronomy.”
Five years after opening the observation deck, Olivia Centre has become a tourist destination and social hotspot, attracting visitors of all ages and preferences. This rich offer adds value for tenants and enhances the experience for employees both during and after working hours.
