Development of the MidPoint71 project began in December 2019. The project, consisting of a lower 6-story and a higher 14-story part, will provide 36,000 sq.m of modern office space to the Wrocław market and will become a permanent feature in the landscape of this part of the city.
“Topping out is a symbolic and one of the most important stages of the project. It means that we have already reached the target height of the building and we are approaching the end of construction. The next stages we are going to focus on now are facade and installation works, as well as finishing the interior of the office building. Despite the difficulties related to the pandemic and the recent turbulence on the building materials market, we are sticking to our schedule. Obtaining the occupancy permit and handing over the space to tenants is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2021,” says Marek Chmielewski, Project Manager in Echo Investment's Office Department.
MidPoint71's tenants already include 3M Global Service Center, which will consolidate its Wrocław offices here, and Pyszne.pl – a provider of an innovative service for ordering food.

The investor also took care of solutions helping to save energy and water, supporting waste management policy and minimizing the building's impact on the environment, to name a few. This is confirmed by obtaining the Excellent BREEAM certificate.
Medusa Group is responsible for the architectural design of the project.
