The two 25-storey A1 and A2 buildings will have 55,200 sqm of office space and share a common five storey-base where restaurants, stores and service points are to be based. Eventually, a third tower is to be built with 670 PRS apartments to be leased by Resi Capital. The project is to be certified with a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating as well as with a WELL Health and Safety rating. The office space is currently 50 pct leased including to ING Tech, Hyland and UPC. The two office buildings are scheduled for handover around Q2/Q3 next year.
