Companies in Poland are once again expanding their office footprints, with demand for modern workspace growing at an impressive pace. “Regional cities are outpacing Warsaw in terms of tenant activity and the number of projects under development,” says Mateusz Strzelecki, Partner / Head of Tenant Representation at Walter Herz. According to the firm’s analysis, nearly 400,000 sqm of office space was leased in regional markets in H1 2025 – a year-on-year increase of more than 50%.
