The largest office transaction of 2025 in Poland is now official. Shell, a global leader in the energy sector, has extended its lease of 22,800 m² at the DOT Park complex in Kraków. The deal not only confirms the tenant’s long-term stability but also reinforces Kraków’s position as a key office market in Central and Eastern Europe.
