Warsaw office market hits record new supply, but construction pipeline falls to a historic low

In Q2 2025, Warsaw’s office market recorded its highest level of newly delivered space in three years – nearly 80,000 m² of modern offices were completed, mainly around Rondo Daszyńskiego. According to BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, the construction pipeline has dropped to a historic low, which – as emphasized by Małgorzata Fibakiewicz, Senior Director of Office Leasing at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland – may lead to a limited supply of new offices in the coming years.
