Maraton is located in the center of Poznań. We included the experience of previous buildings and used the potential of the place, where Maraton is built. It is important location on the investment map of Skanska Property Poland.
The inspiration to give the building the sport name was Maratońska Street and proximity of sport facilities – legendary for the city sport club KS Warta, Poznan Sports and Recreation Centre and University of Physical Education.

Open-space office is divided into zones, where each zone covers a few work stations.
