AstraZeneca Pharma Poland has decided to extend its lease of nearly 21,000 sqm of office space at Postępu 14 in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. It is the largest office leasing transaction in Warsaw in 2025 involving a real estate advisory firm, and a strong example of strategic partnership where flexibility, technical excellence, sustainability and employee wellbeing shaped the final decision. The renegotiation process was supported by Colliers.
