The building at Cybernetyki 19 Street is an example of the transformation of the district of Sluzewiec Przemyslowy into an office centre. The building, previously used as a warehouse, owing to the thorough modernisation it underwent in 2006, was transformed into office space which is functionally comfortable and very interesting from an architectonic point of view. Study its advantages in detail.
The building comprises one underground storey and five ground storeys. Functionally, it is divided vertically into two independent blocks with independent exposed main entrances to the communication staircases; in the middle there is an additional emergency staircase.
These days a company’s location is very important. Despite the development of “the virtual world”, most of clients still need to access the company quickly and easily. The building’s location perfectly meets these requirements.
There is a further structure located in the district of Sluzewiec, i.e. a site which has undergone a great change recently, the site being commercialised and transformed from an industrial centre into a business centre, the biggest in Warsaw and all Poland.
The building ’s location has an excellent connection with:
- the airport – approx. 2.5 km,
- the city centre – approx. 7 km (tram terminal, bus lines, commuter train),
- small city ring-road – approx. 0.5 km from main roads leading out of the city of Warsaw.
- Suspended ceiling
- Access control
- Smoke/heat detectors
- Fibre optics
- Wall partitioning
- Air-conditioning system
